These sessions were recorded in march, 1966 at the famous Dancing Slipper in Nottingham. Line-up of personnel are: Tubby Hayes, tenor saxophone; Mike Pyne, piano; Danny Thompson, bass; Tony Levin, drums. There is no doubt at all that Hayes loved working live. The constraints of the studio were always too restricting, hay conveyor and here we can here just how much fun he hay conveyor and the fellers had in front of an extremely appreciative audience!
